Business Analyst – Product R&D on Human Resource Management System (Ref:CC/PRD/BA)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Owner on Product Backlogs management, Release management, Stakeholder management, and collaboration with the Scrum Team
  • Collect and assess required functionalities with the Stakeholders
  • Create, maintain and clearly describe User Stories in the Product Backlogs
  • Create and maintain the Release Plan by collaborating with the Scrum Team members to fine-tune, prioritize, and estimate User Stories
  • Ensure that the Scrum Team correctly comprehends and implements the user stories by checking and accepting the Sprint results
  • Participate in Sprint Planning meeting, Scrum meeting, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective
  • Work with product teams across multiple sites

Requirements:

  • Degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 year(s) or above relevant working experience
  • A good team player, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good in communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Sound PC knowledge including MS Office Tools
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Knowledge in HR related systems is a plus
  • Knowledge in programming is a plus
  • Candidate with innovative development, R&D experience is a plus
