Technical Support Specialist(Ref: CC/EPM/TSS)

  • Provide 2nd line technical support for production enquiries and troubleshooting for production applications
  • Provide basic code review and investigation whenever necessary
  • Cooperate with R&D team for code and further investigation
  • Provide quality assurance to application
  • Manage regular production issues review meetings with customers
  • Manage and keep track production incident report, report its status regularly
  • Support production deployment tasks remotely or at customer sites
  • Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours


  • 2-year experience in technical support and system administration is preferred, candidates with less experience will also be considered as Technical Support Associate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in both Cantonese and English
  • Good communication skills, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • High Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Familiar with VMware, Window Servers, Microsoft Office Application and Microsoft SQL Server, Jira,
  • Knowledge of .Net Programming, SQL query and using versioning control for program source control e.g. TFS and hand-on experience of Microsoft Azure, AWS is an advantage
